Over 14000 NGOs are barred in India from receiving Foreign funds due to violations of Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, (FCRA), 2010. These NGOS are barred in series of activities are after issuing so cause notice to them for non-compliance of necessary documents which are required to full-fill all norms of FCRA.

After 2002 riots in Gujarat, thousands of NGOs are emerges in all over India, who not criticizes state government but also lobbied in international community for many years for strict actions against the state government.

Based on such reports of human social organization, US barred Modi to travel and enter in their country by cancelling of his visa. Not only that NGOs again acted against our nuclear programs, tried to stop our development by utilizing foreign funding for strikes, procession and obstructions in construction of nuclear power plant.
                   
Doing 2014, Lok Sabha polls, around 500 NGOs were working against Modi, were indulge in campaigning against Modi, distributed various CDs and documents related with Gujarat 2002 riots are tried to mug-up the minds of Varanasi voters.

After victory in Lok Sabha Polls, Modi Govt initiated the scrutiny process for NGOs. Till time around 14, 222 NGOs in couple of years are barred from taking Foreign funds. Also show cause notices had issued to various NGOs for non-compliance of norms. Around 1000 NGOs gone missing after Lok Sabha polls, and their no records found further in India. Hence it is considered that, such NGOs were indulge in anti-national activities on funding from foreign.  

Lots of Hindu societies has raised their voices against spreading of Christianity in India. lakhs of people are every year, converted to Christianity by using money power by taking opportunity of their poverty. It is considered as many NGOs are also indulge in such activities, still they are not following the norms for compliance.

Looking to various reasons, Govt is strictly cracking down such NGOs, but this should not be treated as vendetta politics. Govt has also issued advisory and further for maintaining transparency, all orders, notifications etc are placed on website
http://www.fcraonline.nic.in of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

This is time to identify such elements, those are trying to mug-up people with their hidden agendas on name of Social work. Many five star social workers are also running their hidden agenda on name of humanity and man-kind and our laws are taking course against them. Many five star activists are riding on their Audi car and living in Lutyens bungalows and for society they are self projected common man representative. We must aware and identify such kind of people and NGOs. There are lots of NGOs are also working to serve humanity and man-kind day and night, We should also encourage such people and such organizations.  

GST is likely to get pass in monsoon session

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

The Constitutional Bill for Goods and Service Tax (GST) is likely to get pass in coming monsoon session. Govt is ready with all preparations to achieve GST this time. GST is already passed in Lok Sabha many months back but was still knocking doors of Rajya Sabha, since Congress was enjoying majority over NDA. But recent elections has given a setback to Congress and major boost to NDA with an increment of 12 seats in RS seats in upper house elections.

What is GST ?

The Goods and Services Tax Bill or GST Bill, officially known as The Constitution (One Hundred and Twenty-Second Amendment) Bill, 2014, proposes a national Value added Tax to be implemented in India from June 2016. Goods and Services Tax" would be a comprehensive indirect tax on manufacture, sale and consumption of goods and services throughout India, to replace taxes levied by the Central and State governments. Goods and services tax would be levied and collected at each stage of sale or purchase of goods or services based on the input tax credit method. This method allows GST-registered businesses to claim tax credit to the value of GST they paid on purchase of goods or services as part of their normal commercial activity. Taxable goods and services are not distinguished from one another and are taxed at a single rate in a supply chain till the goods or services reach the consumer. Administrative responsibility would generally rest with a single authority to levy tax on goods and services. Exports would be zero-rated and imports would be levied the same taxes as domestic goods and services adhering to the destination principle.

Benefits of GST:

1.   A single levy replacing many existing taxes on Goods and Services.

2.   Will reduce prices in the long run and boost economic growth.

3.   Fillip to trade by making India a single market, No tax on tax.

4.   Uniformity in taxation; seamless transfer of goods and services.

5.   More tax revenues due to transparency for the Govt, lower tax burden for the country.

6.   Lower prices for consumers for many manufacturing products.

7.   Expected to increase export by more than 10%, add to GDP growth.

8.   Reduction in procedural complexity in paying taxes, less paper works.

Political scenarios are changing day by day. By regular defeats of Congress in various states, now other regional and grooming parties are taking corner from Congress. GST is good front for all parties to show that we do believe in development politics.  This time Congress is discarded by Govt very smartly in Rajya Sabha over GST.

NDA is enjoying with 72 seats in Upper House of 244 seats

RS carry strength of total 244 seats. Any Constitutional amendment bills required two third majorities in RS, and then requirement will be 164. NDA is enjoying over 72 seats. Non NDA parties are carrying 95 seats. The total sum is 167 which are more than requirement. SP, BSP, TMC, CPM, JD(U), BJD, NCP and 10 independent parties has pledged to support GST in RS to show their commitments in development politics.

This time Congress will be the biggest loser in all fronts. His 60 seats of RS will go in vein. Once GST will pass, then Congress will be on target of Govt and BJP to inform all Indian to remark Congress for all delays in development procedures.

Congress is eyeing on Uttarakhand, Arunachal and Kashmir fiascos, will try to continue his favourite Parliament logjam on reflecting such issues. Anyhow, Congress is also fearful about his future course, coming elections of UP is a mega challenge for all parties. Every move in parliament will reflect next strategies for UP and coming state elections.

All total, it’s a win-win situation for India, we voters, BJP and Govt. whatever will happen, will add new values to all of us. Big jolt to China in South China sea dispute by Intern Court

International Court, which is situated at Hague, also known as Court of Tribunal has given biggest jolt to China on South China sea dispute as China has no customary historical rights on South China sea. Court has given decision on petition of Philippines in which, Philippines has complained about China that, China is using more resources than his preview in this area.

South China sea is disputed area from past many decades, where China is claiming 90% customary rights on South China sea as its resources. He is giving some historical reference and claim which is away from all International protocols, code of conducts on International borders and Freedom of navigation International laws. Freedom of Navigation laws states that, any country has rights on his border sea up to 12 nautical miles, afterward International borders begin.

From past few months, China has deployed heavy forces in these areas and also doing regular navy exercises. In the end of 2013, China has developed an artificial Island on shallow under water sea land of Reef. China has developed one airport on this artificial Island.

South China sea is strategically very important, cause this is also a sea path of International trade. US has openly criticized  China on South China issue, and stated to stop all activities at the earliest. US is doing his navy exercises from past many decades and after China interventions, world is united against China on this matter. US is trying is convince all Asian countries and want to give a strong message to China.

It is estimated that South China sea is rich of resources. First it is the path of International trades, second these areas are rich of minerals, oil and natural gas. Facts about Annual Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri

Puri Rath Yatra 

Jagannath Rath Yatra is a splendid Hindu Festival, celebrated every year in Puri and all over India-World. Around 108 cities of all over World celebrates Rath Yatra every year. Previously Rath Yatra was celebrated in Puri itself and this custom was started around 10-11^th century. But after ISKON Hare Krishna movement started in 1968 and by the mercy of Lord Jagannath and Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, his divine grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada successfully transplanted this festival to all over world.

Rath Yatra celebrated in view of journey of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra and Subhadra to their aunt’s house for nine days and again they returned. Return journey is known as Bahuda Yatra. Lord Jagannath travels to Gundicha Temple, which is around 3 km from Main Temple of Puri via Mausi Maa temple.

As per old mentions, Devi Gundicha built a beautiful temple in fond of Lord Jagannath. Lord jagannath became delighted after seeing that beautiful temple and he promised her aunty to visit to her house. That journey are now celebrated as Rath Yatra. In between journey, Chariots stopped at Mausi Maa temple, were Lord Jagannath offered his favourite Podda Pitha, a local dish of Odisha.

Descriptions of Rath Yatra is also found in Puranas. Every year Rath yatra celebrated on Ashada Shukla Paksha Dwitiya.

Chariots of Lord jagannath, Lord Balaram and Subhadra are made up of special wood called Phassi and Dhausa, which are traditionally transported in Mahanadi river up to Puri and then by road up to Bada Danda, the main place, where construction works takes place. Chariots are made by special carpenters, who has their heritage and culture right on such works. Various types of cloths are used to decorate the chariots of Lord Jagannath and his siblings.

Lord Jagannath chariot is of 45 feet eight, same square feet size, consist 16 wheels and each wheel is of 7 foot dia. The name of Lord jagnannath chariot is Nanghosa and it is beautifully decorated from red and yellow cloths.

Lord Balaram chariot is of 44 feet height, consist 14 wheels, each wheel diameter is around 7 foot. Chariots beautifully decorated from red and blue cloths and chariot known as Taladhwaja.

Devi Subhadra chariot is of 43 feel height, consist 12 wheels, each of 7 foot diameter. Chariots are beautifully decorated from red and black cloths and chariot known as Darpadalana.

After completion of 9 days, Lord Jagannath with his siblings returns to their temple and deities are attires with gold ornaments at chariots that is known as Suna Besha. This custom started from 1460, by king Kapilendra Deb, when he donated golds to Lord Jagannath, after return from a war. A total of 208 kg gold ornaments are attires to Lord Jagannath and his siblings during Suna Besha.

Technical specifications of Tejas suggest that no other planes stands against it, also JF-17 Thunder of Pak-China, who are jointly developed by them, no were stands in comparison.

Why China is fearful for Indian Membership in NSG

Few days back, there was a new flash, that India is going to help Russia by upgrading his nuclear technology.  India has lots of talents and surely India will help Russia, as both are natural ally from many years, entire world knows. ISRO and recent BrahmoS advancement has proved 100 times that we are best people.

                                    NSG is actually a group of 48 nations, which are known as Nuclear Supplier Group, they have plenty of Uranium, Plutonium, various technology of Nuclear power and Nuclear energy. Till date due to several treaty among nations, NPT portfolios and terms conditions of NSG, no other country can avail all facilities, which NSG countries have, not even that, they will not transfer these technologies and nuclear fuel  to any other countries, those are not member of NSG.

From decades India is trying to get advance technology for Nuclear Power and Energy from US but due to several treaties, he fail to do the same. State-Of-Art Nulcear Technology of US is very successful and India is trying to get from US but failed.

In recent updates, India was trying to get nuclear fuels from various countries, but they denied referring norms and world wide obligations.

Why China is fearful for Indian Membership in NSG ?

1.        Potentials in India - China know very well that, India has lots of potentials in Nuclear fields. So far India is lagging due to short fall of nuclear fuels and advance nuclear technologies. Hence he don’t want to give opportunity to India to excel his strengths on nuclear fronts.

2.       Reducing dependence on fossil fuels – China knows very well that India is spending lacs of crores every year for fossil fuels. By getting nuclear entry, India will proceed for Clean energy and hence every year, India will save many crores, that he will surely utilize to develop himself in other fronts.

3.       Supply of Nuclear Fuel from Namibia – recently Namibia declines India’s request to supply Nuclear fuel, referring NPT boundaries. Namibia is 4^th largest supplier of Nuclear fuels to entire world. Hence India is much needed the membership of NSG to get these all, but China is afraid.

4.       Access to Nuclear Technology to India – China knows very well that India is trying to get State-Of-Art Nuclear technology from various NSG countries, once India will get then definitely India will get advance and surely emerge as new Nuclear Power as India has lots of other resources, which India will definitely mix and try to develop his own.

5.       Make – In – India – Make In India is biggest setback for China. China is losing million dollars every year by India new intiative and in future it going to increase. China don’t want to lose another nuclear front in which India will start selling nuclear power equipments to rest of the countries and may begin to commercially produce under Make In India.

6.       Nuclear IT Industry boost up – China knows very well that after arrival of Nuclear advancement, India will get strong boost up in IT Industry for nuclear equipments. Entire world knows, India is playing with mouse from past many years.

7.       India will oppose Pakistan entry in NSG , same way China is doing – China knows very well that once India will get membership of NSG, then he will never allow Pakistan to get in, same way China is doing.

China has a big nexus with Pakistan. China is selling nuclear technology and nuclear war heads to various companies like North Korea and Pakistan is acting like a broker. Recently US has also exposes China with several proofs of nuclear transactions to North Korea and transfer of Vacuum Induction Melting (UIM) furnaces  which are used to melt hard metals as Uranium and Plutonium in making Nuclear Warheads. Beijing Suntech Technology Company Limited is manufacturing such technology and transferring to various countries via Pakistan.

Pakistan several times denied these charges but admitted few days back that two North Korean officers visited Pakistan several times to make some deal. US has forged many proofs on world forum exposing Pakistan and China deeds.

US want to stop China at any cost. Russia is natural competitor of US and hence India is last hope of US, hence US is arming lots of things to India. US has also assured that, in the end of 2016, India will surely get the full membership of NSG.

I simply thought... OK... let it be, there may be wrong choices sometimes by several parties, looking after various political and ground substances.

                                                         This is India, and few days back, I came to know that Shahrukh Khan and Sunny Leone are most searched personality in internet Surfing. So, this most searched and then this, I simply surprised, what is actually going on ? Why and how Media is trying to get attention by spreading such vulgarity like Sharaab and Shabaab. All total, we can easily understand the motives of Presstitutes and Media TRP sellers. One thing is very clear that we much open our eyes and ear smartly. Till the confirmation of news, we should not believe on any kind of news. There are various examples are available, the real intentions of many media houses are fully exposed. Many news are fabricated, make spicy to get more attractions and attentions.

Last but not least, I am sharing the statement of Ram Gopal verma, who is known for his experiments in movie. He made a very cheap comment on Deka, later on excuses also after lots of outrages and trolling on SM.

India is full of Sexy Hungerians (hungry of sex). Apart from their daily life activities, their rest activities are talking and searching sex items on portals, watching porn and many more. Many of them are mentally sick and highly obsessed with sex kind of things. These are the people roaming freely in our society and doing rapes, when they are receiving opportunities, many of them are habituated cause many rapes are not reportable. Many victims hides such things due to shame in society.

Time has come to realise these things and strongly condemned such things. A people must know the battery limits of life and way of living. We are not living in similar society like western and Russian societies. Our life style is totally different. Hence we must oppose such practices of media. Also time has come to talk freely with our next generations, the positive and negative values of our life styles. Let us work together and make free this society from people, who are suffering from such disorders. A good advice is also a good service for society and mankind. 

So, what ‪‎BJP‬ should learn from ‪Assam‬ and ‪‎Bihar‬ Assembly Elections Results ?

So BJP is leading Assam and rising for a historical win in North East for the first in history after Independence. But how Assam assembly was different from Bihar assembly polls. 

Here are few conclusions from Assam and Bihar, which BJP should definitely realise if thet are struggling for State Politics or dreaming to get majority in Rajya Sabha :

1. A good face of State Leadership.

2. Narendra Modi is a national figure.

3. Narendra Modi is a polarizing factor, attracts crowd.

4. All crowd of Modi is not voter.

5. Identify the key issue of states.

6. Separate study teams should declare for southern states.

7. Amit Shah and Modi should understand, national politics is away from State Politics.

8. Too much visits of National, Cabinet and Ministers wont effect voters, finally its state leadership and goodwill works of party and reliable state leadership.

9. Rigorous working in state 24x7 and your attachment from voters, will only effect voters in State.

This is irony or joke to say, how BJP gained in Assam. Assam is widely suffered by Bangaldesis, that Sonowal converted into election theme of BJP. Same way BJP failed to impress Biharis because entire compaign was moving all around Modi. Modi was the image on which party was expected to sail his boat. But people of Bihar were knowing well that, Modi can not be his CM. Second entire politics was leaded by national leaders, out of that many of them were from outside Bihar. Rivals of BJP targeted the same things, which BJP was legging in Bihar.

In Assam, situation was totally different, Sonowal was tested candidate of Assam, who made core issue of Assam as election theme. Same experiments were tested during Lok Sabha polls, were half of the seat were crushed by BJP and main figure was Sonowal.There are lots of things for BJP to learn from Bihar and Assam. Modi is national figure. He may become PM 10 times but BJP must understand that state politics is away from National politics. Feelings of statesmen attached during such polls. They want to elect their own local people, who will always traceable for him.One more big reason of Bihar was youth. Youths were totally ignored in that election. After Lok Sabha Modi has not given any sound message to youths about their employment and about their addition for country, lots of youths were expecting their role in party, activities but all sudden fails. 

Social Media users are also embarrassed by Modi and BJP, Modi even not asked a cup of thanks, what users were expected. No one can ignore, Social media users were key voters of Modi and them changed entire national politics by their strong zeal. Still lots of youths are emotionally attached with Modi, but emotions will not feed stomach and add in employment. Sound income youths are still embracing Modi, but middle class and lower-middle youths are totally embarrassed by Modi and BJP.

Realizing these facts BJP and Amit Shah is holding one Social Media meet in Delhi on 22nd May this month, let us see, how much they are adding values for party and how far Modi and Amit Shah are successful to re-energize the youths in their campaigns and state missions.
