Get Happiness and Mental Peace in your life

Are you satisfied with your life. You need a change. Do you have worrying habit. Do you think, you are not happy with your life. Are you hunting for Mental Peace.
                                                  You have heard, many people saying, those days were nice. Those days, my business was ok, my job was ok, I was happy with my family. But these days, things are not moving on right tracks.
                                            
OK !!!! Let us start hunting Happiness and Mental peace and apply these tricks :

1.       First identify the reasons, why are you not happy or worrying.
2.       Start counting your strengths.
3.       Do you believe in God.
4.       Clean your Mind.
5.       Practice good thoughts
6.       Stop thinking about past and future
7.       Believe, you are the Best
8.       Relax, Be Easygoing

First identify the reasons, why are you not happy or worrying :

There are so many things in life, you always want to get but fail. Day and night thinking for that, but not doing anything or efforts are not sufficient. Anyhow, you should accept the fact that, what is the actual problem in that.

1.       Are you in hurry to get that
2.       Your preparations are not matching with requirements
3.       Are you jealous
4.       You need to put more efforts
5.       Your desire is not in your limits

Anyhow, you must know, where you really stand for. A person can achieve anything in his life, but accordingly he must perform. If you want a pearl in your life, sitting in besides of sea, then any how you will not get that.

Means, whatever you want to get in your life, you should enter into it. You should search and hunt in the sea. Worrying outside of sea-shore will definitely not help by any means. There may be possibility, you get some pearl at sea-shore also, but remember, that pearly will either discarded by someone or someone missed. Anyhow, you will not get, the pearly of your desires.

Start counting your strengths :

If you think, you are fail in your life. Now everything gone. Now, nothing is left for a new start. Open your note book and start writing your strengths.

1.       Your qualification
2.       Your family members
3.       Your friends
4.       Your previous experience
5.       Your assets
6.       Your happiest moments

Once you start writing your strengths, then definitely, you will find that there are so many strengths, you have but you are feeling like everything lost. After recalling your strengths, first start doing important jobs of your life, then possible jobs of your life and then impossible things. Definitely you will succeed.

Do you believe in God :

Your belief in God is an asset for you. Start praying to God. Share your feelings with God. Begin your day with God chants. Say firmly – Today I shall do everything by the grace of God. Daily practice these golden words in the morning and evening. You can also repeat these golden words before doing any good job. By practicing daily, you will get a new energy and new belief in life. By this way, you will get a moral boost-up, also you will realise that, a Devine power in helping you day and night.

Clean your mind :

Every morning and evening, you clean your houses. Cleaning feels you better to live. Similar way, every day, your mind is full of various garbage, you should practice daily to clean. Every morning, when you begin your day, pray to God and say – I am leaving my all problems to you. I do believe, you are with me. If you are with me, who can harm me. Practice these lines, every morning and evening. Also do practice, when you are disturbed or worrying for anything. Discard the wrong and negative thoughts from your mind and fill it with fresh airs of believe of God.

Practice Good Thoughts :

Everyday read good books and good quotes of successful people. Daily practice those good thoughts in your life. Very soon, you will start realise the divine power of God and new blow of new strengths in your life.

Stop thinking about Past and Future :

Discard your worries about past and future by good thoughts. Always imagine and pictorize good. No matter, how worse are the results but always picture success in your mind. You will realise that, slowly slowly, you are getting success in your life. Also your bad habit of worrying about past and future will also omit from your life.

Believe, You are the Best :

Stop insulting yourself by comparing with others. Always believe, that You are the best. You have all the potentials, what other have. Also, you should that you are unique. There are so many talents, you have, that others have not. Start you day with affirming these words – I believe, I believe, I believe. You start believing on your potentials. Count your strengths. Empty your minds from daily garbage. Definitely, you will do, what you want to achieve in your life.

Relax, Be Easy going :

Always relax and easy going so that, people will come to you. Once people will come to you, they will engage in a bonding. Both may help each other and you will have one joint account of good feelings. Also, a relax mind generates new ideas. By implementing those ideas, you may prove yourself that you are the best.


These are so many techniques in life, by which you can practice and full your life with joys and fun. By practicing mantras of life, and keeping strong believe on God, you may achieve to your goals. Attitudes are stronger than facts. If you will start practicing your attitude in a positive ways, you can do simply miracles. No matter, how worse is your past, there is a morning every day. Start your morning with new thoughts, do believe on yourself and stay blessed.
