Big jolt to China in South China sea dispute by Intern Court

International Court, which is situated at Hague, also known as Court of Tribunal has given biggest jolt to China on South China sea dispute as China has no customary historical rights on South China sea. Court has given decision on petition of Philippines in which, Philippines has complained about China that, China is using more resources than his preview in this area.

South China sea is disputed area from past many decades, where China is claiming 90% customary rights on South China sea as its resources. He is giving some historical reference and claim which is away from all International protocols, code of conducts on International borders and Freedom of navigation International laws. Freedom of Navigation laws states that, any country has rights on his border sea up to 12 nautical miles, afterward International borders begin.

From past few months, China has deployed heavy forces in these areas and also doing regular navy exercises. In the end of 2013, China has developed an artificial Island on shallow under water sea land of Reef. China has developed one airport on this artificial Island.

South China sea is strategically very important, cause this is also a sea path of International trade. US has openly criticized  China on South China issue, and stated to stop all activities at the earliest. US is doing his navy exercises from past many decades and after China interventions, world is united against China on this matter. US is trying is convince all Asian countries and want to give a strong message to China.

Why South China sea is important ?

It is estimated that South China sea is rich of resources. First it is the path of International trades, second these areas are rich of minerals, oil and natural gas. It is estimated that these areas consist 213 billion barrel Petroleum and around 900 trillion cubic feet of Natural Gas. US is not in a mood to give any preference to China on South China sea dispute.

India is closely observing all activities and accessing the decision of International court on every angles. In recent updates, India has declined the offer of joint exercises and joint surveillance on South China sea with US. Experts are analyzing this decision extremely important. India is a grooming country and keeping every step to maintain harmony on International Borders and in Asia.

Entire world is putting pressure on China to obey the decision of Court of Tribunal, but China is adamant on his stands on historical rights on South China sea. China boycotted the court decision and said, that this is out of their preview.

Now UNSC, NSG and other treaties of world are seems in favor of India. Recent declines on NSG and then, India openly word fire on China in International forums, all eyes are on UN, US, Russia and other powerful countries. All total, it is a win-win situation for India. Under leadership of Mr Prime Minister Modi, world is waiting for new strategy and equations, which will all time favourable for Indian growths and big boost up to Make-In-India program as world is waiting as India as competitor of China. In past few months India has become very strong in diplomatic relations with world community. World is waiting for new power in India.

Why China is fearful for Indian Membership in NSG

Few days back, there was a new flash, that India is going to help Russia by upgrading his nuclear technology.  India has lots of talents and surely India will help Russia, as both are natural ally from many years, entire world knows. ISRO and recent BrahmoS advancement has proved 100 times that we are best people.

                                    NSG is actually a group of 48 nations, which are known as Nuclear Supplier Group, they have plenty of Uranium, Plutonium, various technology of Nuclear power and Nuclear energy. Till date due to several treaty among nations, NPT portfolios and terms conditions of NSG, no other country can avail all facilities, which NSG countries have, not even that, they will not transfer these technologies and nuclear fuel  to any other countries, those are not member of NSG.

From decades India is trying to get advance technology for Nuclear Power and Energy from US but due to several treaties, he fail to do the same. State-Of-Art Nulcear Technology of US is very successful and India is trying to get from US but failed.

In recent updates, India was trying to get nuclear fuels from various countries, but they denied referring norms and world wide obligations.

Why China is fearful for Indian Membership in NSG ?

1.        Potentials in India - China know very well that, India has lots of potentials in Nuclear fields. So far India is lagging due to short fall of nuclear fuels and advance nuclear technologies. Hence he don’t want to give opportunity to India to excel his strengths on nuclear fronts.

2.       Reducing dependence on fossil fuels – China knows very well that India is spending lacs of crores every year for fossil fuels. By getting nuclear entry, India will proceed for Clean energy and hence every year, India will save many crores, that he will surely utilize to develop himself in other fronts.

3.       Supply of Nuclear Fuel from Namibia – recently Namibia declines India’s request to supply Nuclear fuel, referring NPT boundaries. Namibia is 4^th largest supplier of Nuclear fuels to entire world. Hence India is much needed the membership of NSG to get these all, but China is afraid.

4.       Access to Nuclear Technology to India – China knows very well that India is trying to get State-Of-Art Nuclear technology from various NSG countries, once India will get then definitely India will get advance and surely emerge as new Nuclear Power as India has lots of other resources, which India will definitely mix and try to develop his own.

5.       Make – In – India – Make In India is biggest setback for China. China is losing million dollars every year by India new intiative and in future it going to increase. China don’t want to lose another nuclear front in which India will start selling nuclear power equipments to rest of the countries and may begin to commercially produce under Make In India.

6.       Nuclear IT Industry boost up – China knows very well that after arrival of Nuclear advancement, India will get strong boost up in IT Industry for nuclear equipments. Entire world knows, India is playing with mouse from past many years.

7.       India will oppose Pakistan entry in NSG , same way China is doing – China knows very well that once India will get membership of NSG, then he will never allow Pakistan to get in, same way China is doing.

China has a big nexus with Pakistan. China is selling nuclear technology and nuclear war heads to various companies like North Korea and Pakistan is acting like a broker. Recently US has also exposes China with several proofs of nuclear transactions to North Korea and transfer of Vacuum Induction Melting (UIM) furnaces  which are used to melt hard metals as Uranium and Plutonium in making Nuclear Warheads. Beijing Suntech Technology Company Limited is manufacturing such technology and transferring to various countries via Pakistan.

Pakistan several times denied these charges but admitted few days back that two North Korean officers visited Pakistan several times to make some deal. US has forged many proofs on world forum exposing Pakistan and China deeds.

US want to stop China at any cost. Russia is natural competitor of US and hence India is last hope of US, hence US is arming lots of things to India. US has also assured that, in the end of 2016, India will surely get the full membership of NSG.
